About Natural Woman

When I made the switch to eating plant based foods, that meant getting back into the kitchen. The hard part was figuring out what to eat! I was raised with some kind of meat or fish at every meal.
I quickly learned not to make fake versions of food. I was determined to make food that was gimmick free and tasted great!
The benefits of eating plant based are amazing, but the transition can still be difficult. I created Natural Woman to help those who are struggling to find something to eat. I create delicious flavorful recipes to keep you from giving up on your journey to a healthier life.
